Changing Perspectives

This morning, Friday, March 27th, 2020, is numerologically a '7' day. This is a day to look within and receive answers. Have you ever experienced a direct response? What does that look like for you? What do you do, when you get a response?

I woke up pretty early and went for a walk, wondering and asking what the most important insight was for me today. Thoughts and feelings came flooding in and they are working themselves out, even as I type. I got 'relativity,' mostly, which seems funny because that is based on perspectives.

So, here goes: many of us might be feeling fearful, overwhelmed, isolated and trapped. How does one change one's perspective around that? First, it's hugely important to look at it, acknowledge it and feel it. Then, you can change the story and choose to see it differently. It can be hard to see clearly when you are in the middle of things.

There's a saying 'the truth will set you free, but first it will piss you off.'

If for instance, I were to share that we are in the middle of WWIII, there is a mighty war happening behind the scenes and a battle going on for our souls...well, you might roll your eyes, think I was being overly dramatic or maybe had lost my mind.

That's okay because I know the 3 stages of truth are denial, ridicule...and then acceptance.

This is also where we can shift our perspective, too: if (hypothetically) this scenario were the case, then spending a little time in solitude is really not so bad, right?

There are still a variety of ways for us to spend our time.

Where are you putting your attention and energy? What are you focusing on? How are you choosing to look at things?

I'm doing my best to stay heart-centered, remembering that every thought, word, and action has a ripple effect. I'm holding love & light, even as I investigate the shadows, thrilled that QAnons are uniting and following the white rabbit!
