Being at Ease

It's Saturday, December 19th. Happy Birthday, Linda!

Happy Birthday to you, too, Wade...I still miss you.

When I woke up this morning and tuned into the energy of the day, I got 'Nothing.'

I had written: make gingersnaps on my 'to-do' list, yet I reveled in the idea of not. really. doing. anything.

So, I checked out the new Gene Key for today: Gate 10 Being at Ease.

(Shadow)Self-obsession - (Gift) Naturalness- (Siddhi)Being.

How about that?!

In fact, the sub-title in the section on the Siddhi is 'Divine Laziness.'

Ha!

Well, I managed to be relatively divinely lazy until the urge for cookies got too strong....

This turned out to be a really good gluten-free recipe, which I made with flavor-free coconut oil, instead of shortening.

As I measured the molasses, spices, and flour, I listened to this fascinating presentation by Dr. Gabor Maté: When the Body Says 'No.'

It was so fascinating to see his video was from 2013 - which is when I began working with my Ancestors and Guides on clearing and healing bloodlines.

Is this another example of aligning with the Greater Collective Consciousness that wants to emerge through us - as us?

I moved on from gingersnaps to GF shortbread. This was somewhat less successful...although the recipe is delicious!

As I was baking these, I did some divining for Brigham ( I love doing this 'blind,' - that is, without even knowing the questions!) and then listened to a terrific interview with Dr. Carrie Madej. What a brave soul.

She stands by the Hippocratic oath, in which, "the physician pledges to prescribe only beneficial treatments, according to his abilities and judgment; to refrain from causing harm or hurt; and to live an exemplary personal and professional life."

She certainly makes a case for people to become aware of what is really on - rather than falling for the scripted programming that takes us out of our 'Naturalness,' and 'Being' fully human.
